Give me a book, a comfortable Couch, rain on my window pane and a hot mug of coffee, and I will have no more demands of my life. If anything is focal point in
my life, it is books- those reservoirs of wisdom, wit and knowledge.
Considering I love them so much one would believe that I like to read them and I would be satisfied with however much I do. But that is not the case. Ask any true book freak and he will vouch that you can never have enough of them.
So this got us thinking at GCC World and it was decided that we will ask the opinion of our readers on books that they read or the authors they patronize. I love to read period books and this one is set in the 11th

We caught up with Gordon Alphonso a 3rd year BBM student from Kuwait and asked him which book he is indulging now. “I am presently reading Prometheus
Deception by Robert Ludlum. It is about a secret service agent from the CIA. My favorite book is A Million Little Pieces by James Frey. It is a real life story about a drug addict whose life is almost over but he decides to overcome his addiction and checks into the rehab, and is ultimately successful.
I would personally recommend, Shantaram by Gregory David Roberts. Believe me when I say that it belongs to that category of literature which if you read once, overwhelms you for your entire life.
