Dear Reader,
I had gone to a press conference on the launch of organic foods, sometime back. Though it was not extremely educative but it still managed to open my eyes to a healthy lifestyle. So I returned all excited and motivated to adopt a healthy lifestyle. The offshoot of which was that I finally read a book recommended by one of my uncles called, Prakruti.

The book is about our ayurvedic constitution and how by adopting simple do’s and don’ts we can improve our health tremendously. It is written by Dr. Robert. E Svoboda, a foreigner who had come to India to learn ayurveda and who left totally impressed by our culture and wholesome way of life.

With the changing times we all getting more and more inclined towards a nourishing routine. The new rage is the organic foods which are cultivated with out the use of injurious fertilizers and harmful pesticides. So the product that you buy is as beneficial as you can demand. Of course, our grand parents used to eat this kind of food without shelling out a fortune from their pockets, but then that is a different issue altogether.

You would be wondering why am I rambling on and on about organic foods and healthy way of life. This is because I have experienced the benefits that a wholesome lifestyle offers. I feel much fitter, healthier, more proactive and definitely happier about life. And all this was achieved with just a few additions and deletions from my everyday life.

If there was one incident that got the whole nation in a pensive mood was the arrest and, ultimately the release of Mohd. Haneef, in Australia. With the death of Kafeel Ahmed, who was involved in the Gasglow bomb blasts it has finally dawned upon us that terrorism will find its roots anywhere. All it needs is a bit of dissent between people and a misplaced sense of religion and bravado. In times where every country is being victimized, let us stand united and halt the progress of this cancerous phenomenon.

In this issue we have lined up a feast for you all. Read our book review. We have innovated it to add a zing to the issue. Our Hot Spot this month is South Indies, a must visit according to us. Rhythm Divine has ventured into a new territory. We hope you shall provide the company! Freedom means different things to different people. Read on to find the differences. And the fun has just begun. I promise that this issue will be unforgettable.
Life is beautiful! Live while you can !
