Health today is synonymous with words 'fitness' and 'diet'. One needs to be healthy not only in body but also in mind. Stress bestowed as boon by our difficult lifestyle has created serious repercussions on health .This has consequently resulted in various psychological disorders like insomnia and uneasiness. The journey through the thin margin between struggle and physical comfort becomes difficult. Never the less proper care with right physical exercises and intake of quality food can make a whole world of difference.

Health awareness has become a key issue today. Fitness can be maintained by regular monitoring of brisk walks the one that gives hundred percent results. Physical exercises such as cardiovascular and yoga are highly famous. One can afford it today because of the growing number of health clubs. Acupuncture and Magnetic therapy are the oldest practices in health care practiced successfully even today for the cure of ailments.

Yoga and yogasanas were being practiced thousands of years ago by the rishis. However, it is practiced more in the western countries than in India. It develops the whole human system.One practicing yoga is agile and nimble. The yogic exercises are preventive and curative. The whole course of practically essential yogic exercises can be finished in fifteen minutes with the essential asanas (postures in Yoga).

Acupuncture is the oldest of the medical sciences developed by man to fight and cure human illness. Developed by the Chinese, it has a record of more than two thousand years. It deals with bio electrical and bio physical parts of the body. Recent research in Russia showed that a special technique- Krilian Photography- has objectively demonstrated beyond doubt the existence of meridian and acupuncture points.

Magnet Therapy: Indian researchers have had the maximum success in treating a wide range of chronic ailments through the technique. The south pole of the magnet induces cooling and is inhibitory in action. It is often used in treating inflammatory conditions like epilepsy and arthritis. The north pole is augmentative and is indicated for weakened muscles or tissues.

Health if it has to be maintained then diet has an important role to play. Diet is usually classified into vegetarianism and non-vegetarianism. Four light meals a day constitute a proper diet. The diet should be balanced with good intake of proteins carbohydrates minerals and lots of water, fruits, pulses, green veggies, skinless poultry and fish are said to be rich in protein. Eating habits should be monitored as excess cholesterol intake may lead to massive heart problems. Also smoking and alcohol should be avoided for healthy lifestyle pineapple juice is a must for chain smokers. It removes tobacco from the lungs.One seed of garlic in the morning reduces cholesterol from the body limiting the chances of heart attack.
