Widely traveled and a proud participant in discussions on many global issues, it was indeed a great pleasure for GCC World to chat with this amazing personality after inaugurating Gardenia 2007 Excerpts from the Interview: Q : What are the challenges your publication is faced with as one of the best magazines in the country today? A: The first thing which we do is look for the truth and tell the truth in the most effective way. To excel in this profession, news should be investigated properly. Also one should be careful that in relating the truth, the sentiments of anyone in the community are not hurt. Q : What advise would you give someone intending to join the media? A: Three things: Clarity, desire and interest. This is a field where it counts to be smart. There should always be a desire to learn. Being able to approach the right person is a precondition for growth in media. Q: What has your experience been after participating in different globalissues? A: It is not only India which faces problems but the whole world is surrounded by it. The best thing which we can do is go deep into issues and look for solutions. Everyone has to participate! People should hunt for the truth, take the good and leave out the bad. Q: What are the opportunities that your magazine offers to students? A: We do not have much to offer to the students. The most wonderful thing about this college is the positive energy that all students give out The potential is huge and it should be harnessed well
