The development cycle that we have got a chance to be a part of is something that our forefathers could not . S imi l a r l y the pa c e of advancement is such that non-youth of this age cannot cope up with. The generation gap has widened further. Everything of yesteryears is obsolete. The whole scenario has changed and more efforts have to be put to understand today's youth in a better way.
