A natural glow comes from a healthy diet and it cannot be compared to anything else. A workout too is essential to keep oneself healthy. So how about a one month detox regimen that would shape you up in one month.
Here's how : Diet
First 15 days:
Breakfast: Kick start your day with a regular cup of tea or coffee along with some brown bread. Avoid cheese or butter. But see to it that you don't have more than 2 cups a day of your beverage.

Half an hour after breakfast have carrot or tomato juice or even a bowl of fruits.

Lunch: A bowl of curd, dal and rice any vegetable and at least one roti is what your lunch should comprise.

Evening Drink: any juice Dinner: Two rotis and a vegetable should be the least that you eat. People who tend to gain weight should avoid eating rice for dinner.

Next 15 days:
Breakfast: Continue the same routine. You can also have a bowl of papaya.

Lunch: sprouts, salads, curd, 2 rotis and vegetables should constitute your meal.
Dinner: you can have fish, dal, rotis and any salad.

So have your fill and dance your way to being fit.
